We understand how important it is for your mattress to arrive in great condition, and we take extra care when packaging it for shipment. Each mattress is securely rolled in approximately seven layers of heavy-duty plastic to protect it during transit. This thorough packaging helps ensure the mattress itself remains clean, secure, and undamaged inside the box.
Because FedEx requires us to ship the mattress in a cardboard box, and due to the weight and density of our luxury-style mattresses, it’s not uncommon for the outer box to show signs of wear or damage upon arrival. This is typically due to the shipping process and doesn’t usually affect the condition of the mattress inside.
If, however, you notice any damage to the mattress itself after unboxing, please take a clear photo of the damage and email it to us right away. We’ll be happy to review the situation and send a replacement if needed.
